Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Bench Boss. If you're not satisfied with your Coach Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or by emailing us at Benchbosshoops@gmail.com. Please include your order reference number if you have it.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
