Pricing FAQ
Do prices include tax?+
No. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, calculates and collects the correct sales tax, VAT, or GST for your country at checkout. The final total — including any applicable tax — is always shown on the payment screen before you pay.
Is there a free trial?+
Coach Pro does not include a time-limited free trial. Instead, the Free plan lets you use Bench Boss with one team for as long as you like, then upgrade when you're ready. And if Coach Pro isn't right for you, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
What currency will I be charged in?+
Base prices are set in USD. At checkout, Paddle detects your location and shows the total in your local currency where supported (EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and more). You always see the exact amount before you pay.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan works without an account or a card. Sign in only when you want cloud sync or when you're ready to upgrade to Coach Pro.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and more depending on your country — all handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record for global tax and compliance.
