This Privacy Policy explains how Bench Boss Hoops ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Melissa Albert, collects, uses, and shares information when you use benchboss.life (the "Service").

• Player profile data (stats, photos, team/school affiliation, recruiting information)
• Payment-related information (handled directly by Paddle — see "Payment Processing" below)
• Communications you send us (support requests, feedback)

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate stat cards and recruiting profiles
• Process transactions (via Paddle)

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record, which processes all payments, subscriptions, and refunds, and receives billing information (name, email, payment details, transaction history) necessary to complete transactions and comply with tax/financial regulations.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — to store and operate application data securely.
• Analytics providers — to understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Bench Boss Hoops, our users, or others.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Because Bench Boss may be used to manage profiles for minor athletes, we limit the data collected on minors to what's necessary for stat tracking and recruiting purposes (name, team, statistics, photos provided by a parent/guardian). We do not knowingly allow minors to create or manage their own accounts without parental/guardian involvement.

We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
